It is a substantial renovation project. But hopefully you can see the potential in this 1960s modernist property in Bridge of Allan, Stirling, Scotland.

The architecture is distinctive, interesting and very much of its era. A huge selling point. But not the only selling point of this one.

Yes, a survey is required to make sure this one doesn’t suffer from anything terminal. But the basis of a very cool and individual house is definitely here. With some investment, it just might be a dream project for one of you.
Space is also a selling point of this particular house. The lower floor is currently laid out with an office, a wet room, a utility room, storage area and three bedrooms, as well as the main hallway.
Head upstairs and you get that wonderful lounge, a second lounge, a dining room, a further bedroom, the kitchen and a WC.
As I said, a good amount of space outside too, which looks to have been cut back so you can appreciate the space on offer. Like the house, it needs work, but also offers a lot of potential.
One last selling point too, which is the price. I don’t know the Stirling market, but I do know offers over £242,000 makes this a house with wider appeal than many that I tend to feature.
