Always a popular area, so this 1960s Austin Vernon & Partners-designed modernist townhouse in Giles Coppice, London SE19 should prove a popular find.
The house was the work of Malcolm Pringle, then of Austin Vernon & Partners, dating back to the mid-1960s. It’s a house very much of its era, but at the same time, one that still works in the 21st century.
That’s hopefully shown off in the images on this page. The current owners have done a wonderful restoration job here, bringing out the best of the 1960s features, but at the same time ensuring everything is up to scratch for the modern era.
